Relationship Between Compression Severity and Hand Dexterity, Sleep, Quality of Life, Neuropathic Pain, and Anxiety-Depression in Patients with Carpal and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Objective: Carpal and cubital tunnel syndromes are common entrapment neuropathies [1]. Some previous studies showed that carpal syndrome and, to a lesser extent, can impair sleep quality of life [2-4]. But there only few comparing these two [5]. However, no study, which evaluates hand dexterity, quality, life, neuropathic pain in relation the severity compression determined by Electroneurography (ENMG) both syndromes, could be found literature. Thus, it was aimed present study investigate relationship between pain, anxiety-depression symptoms with different levels patients clinically electro-physiologically diagnosed syndrome.
